No. You can sell your GAE10X anytime. When you sell, it will be sold to QM.

No, because KYC verification is done based on the details of the company. However, once GAE10X is sold, the company can choose to have the entire sold amount to be credited into its GSA account & subsequently transfer it to an individual GSA account (provided that the individual has a QM account). Once it is transferred, that individual can do withdrawal.
QM does not provide physical gold delivery services out of Malaysia. However, you could collect physical gold at Brinks for gold weighing from 1kg & above. Before that, QM will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
a: go to “GSA” & click “Buy Gold” from account.
b: at “Buy gold” enter the total amount of QM sell price for physical gold withdrawal.
c: At “Buy Gold Method” – select “Direct Bank In” or “Payout Account” or “PayDirect – FPX” then click submit.
d: go to “GSA”, click physical withdrawal, choose the grammage of gold bar, select physical withdrawal country & physical withdrawal region, then click submit.
e: for “Direct Bank In”, need to send purchase slip together with the payment bank in slip to QM customer service, inform QM that you wish to withdraw physical gold.
Leverage means the placement of capital on behalf of investors for investment purpose to get bigger returns.

We are trading on physical gold. The method is similar to buying a real property with a mortgage. Upon termination of GAE10X, we can withdraw the physical gold based only on the invested amount. It is a different asset class compared to forex trading and unit trust.
QM is the system provider and gold supplier to Bank Muamalat, Al-Rajhi Bank, Alliance Bank and Affin Bank.

Advance fee is a financial charge for the leveraged facility amount provided when an investor invested in GAE. The fee is paid in advance and it renewable on an annual basis. As the term suggested, advance fee is returnable if an investor terminate GAE account within 1 year of purchase.
The refund amount is to be prorated based on the days the GAE is activated.
Spread is markup – the difference between a product’s selling price and cost. For example, if a product sells for RM125 and costs RM100, the additional price increase is (RM125 – RM100) / RM100) x 100 = 25%.
A margin call occurs when the value of the account falls below a certain threshold, forcing the investor to add more money in order to satisfy the loan terms from the broker or regulators.
There will be no best timing for gold investment as the gold price fluctuates every day.
Continue to hold your GAE investment and to serve the advance fee (3.5%) after one year. Even if the gold price drops, there won’t be any risk unless you sell your GAE while it is at a loss.
The minimum age is 18 years old and above. For those 18 years old & below, a joint name account with parents is required.
