              Starting 12 Oct 2022, Non-Individual Accounts (Company) Registration requests shall be submitted directly to QM via LIVE CHAT at https://www.quantummetal.com.my/ to get the e-KYC link for verification purposes.
              The same documentary requirements as listed below are to be submitted:
              1. Full set of company registration by SSM
              2. Latest renewed company registration by SSM
              3. NRIC/ Passport (Non-Malaysian) copy for all directors/ sole proprietor
              4. Screenshot of the company’s bank account number and bank account holder’s name
              On top of the above documents, please refer to the attached Resolution Letter for other requirements.
              📍Important Notes📍
              a. The company email and mobile number are not yet registered/used in any other QM accounts.
              b. The name of the bank account holder should be under your company name to avoid payment-related issues in the future.
              c. The contact person must be one of the Directors.
              d. The Resolution Letter is required in appointing the said Director as the company contact person and in executing BUY & SELL for this QM account (For Sdn Bhd / Partnership).

                              *Starting September 2022, Quantum Metal Corporate University (QMCU), a world-class virtual academy for Consultants’ continuous learning and development, will be replaced by Quantum Bullion Exchange Board (QBEB). As such, all newly promoted Consultants are required to pay a new promotion fee of RM300 in the form of a GSA transfer to QBEB’s new account and get a training and QM authorization card.
